The cash-flow math

A firm carrying RM 5M in progress claims at various stages typically finances 15+ extra days per claim through documentation lag, roughly RM 200k in cash that's yours but you're not holding, at any given time. On the money side, that is the whole job: give those days back.

Grant funding

If your firm qualifies, a digitalisation grant can offset part of the build. Sarawak's state scheme runs up to RM500,000.

The standard SME Digitalisation Grant matches 50% of eligible digital spend, capped at RM5,000, through an MDEC-registered provider. Larger programmes go further: Sarawak's state scheme up to RM500,000, and MDEC's MDAG up to 70%, depending on your state, turnover, and scope. We assess what you actually qualify for on the scoping call, tell you straight, and help you apply at no extra charge. If you don't qualify, the quote stands on its own.
