Valuations stop at 3. We are telling you that up front rather than letting you find it. The reason is not arbitrary: the part of this that protects you is cumulative. Blocking a line from being claimed twice, carrying a rate forward so a later revision cannot rewrite a certificate you already issued, folding an approved variation into the contract sum, none of that means anything until there is a second cycle and a third. On the scoping call, we put your numbers on each of these lines, from your records. The example below is illustrative, a typical shape, not a quote.
Around half of Malaysian construction projects hit late or short payment, and RM 1.3b in payment went to adjudication in 2023 alone. Documentation lag feeds that wait. A firm carrying RM 5M in progress claims that finances 15 extra days per claim is holding roughly RM 200k of its own cash off the table at any given time. Give those days back.

If your firm qualifies, a digitalisation grant can offset part of the build. Sarawak's state scheme runs up to RM500,000.
The standard SME Digitalisation Grant matches 50% of eligible digital spend, capped at RM5,000, through an MDEC-registered provider. Larger programmes go further: Sarawak's state scheme up to RM500,000, and MDEC's MDAG up to 70%, depending on your state, turnover, and scope. We assess what you actually qualify for on the scoping call, tell you straight, and help you apply at no extra charge. If you don't qualify, the quote stands on its own.
