Which of the eight modules — jobs, quotes, claims, invoices, subbies, inventory, documents, audit — actually fit your operation. Universal modules are quick; construction-specific ones (certified billing, audit packs) take longer.
Team and sites
Five people on phones or fifty across three states? User scale, mobile use, and cross-site sync change the architecture and the training plan.
Existing systems
Are we replacing AutoCount, integrating with it, or running parallel? Same question for SQL Account, Xero, your bank, your payroll provider, and the MyInvois API.
